• Shopping: Supermarkets, malls, and local markets
• Recreation: Parks, gyms, restaurants, and entertainment

4. Cost & Value (Weight: 20%)

• Property price vs. market average in the area
• Value for money — what you get for your budget
• Hidden costs: service charge, utilities, parking fees

5. Property Quality (Weight: 15%)

• Building age and condition
• Quality of finishes (floors, fixtures, kitchen)
• Available amenities (gym, pool, garden, parking)
